Education Programmes

You will start with BearingPoint School, an international training week where all new hires firm-wide come together to get to know the firm better, to build personal networks and get your career at BearingPoint off to a great start.

To help you move forward in your career, you will find several tailor made education programmes that will help you to take the next step. For example, our co-operation with Yale School of Management provides specifically designed courses for BearingPoint people.

In addition, you can access leading-edge learning technologies and suppliers. We provide a wide range of leadership, industry, business, technical and solution learning opportunities as well as our state-of-the-art eLearning platform which offers more than 2,200 courses.

New Horizons - Secondment Programme:

The 'New Horizons' programme aims to promote developmental mobility across our international offices and the key objective is to support staff in achieving their full potential by providing opportunities for both personal and career development. While the programme targets Analyst and Consultant levels mainly, there are opportunities for more senior staff also. Secondments are typically 6 and 12 months in duration
