Interview tips
What can you expect in the assessment centre and interview? How can you best prepare to make a good impression? We offer you several hints and tips to prepare you for the big day.
Learn and research as much as you can about BearingPoint: who we are, our services, and our vision for the years ahead. Make sure you can articulate how your strengths and career goals are aligned with ours, and why you think you will succeed in our organization.
Prepare a list of questions for your interviewer(s): our interview is a two-way process. You should ask questions in order to assess whether BearingPoint is the right place to launch your career. Ask us about our organization, our clients, the opportunities we can offer you and what you can expect from us.
Relax: we know interviews and assessment days can be stressful, but we want you to enjoy it. Listen carefully to each question and instruction and take time to think about your best answer.
Talk to us and get to know our team: we are friendly, approachable and always happy to answer your questions. Come along to one of our events on campus and ask our current graduates what it’s really like to work at BearingPoint.
Make use of your university careers service: your careers service can provide advice and guidance to help you complete your application form and even run you through practice interviews and assessment centres.
